UI/UX Job Offer at LeadPro Infotech, Ganapathy, Coimbatore: Freshers, This One’s for You!

Let me ask you something. When you order biryani on your phone, what makes you tap “Place Order” without thinking twice? Or when you pay at a tea stall using UPI, why does it feel so easy?
Someone designed that experience. Someone sat down, thought about you, and made it simple. That someone is a UI/UX designer, and we’re looking for fresh talent to join us. Yes, we’re hiring UI/UX freshers at LeadPro Infotech in Ganapathy, Coimbatore.

We Are Hiring UI/UX Freshers at LeadPro Infotech!

Ready to turn your interest in design into a career? We’re hiring UI/UX freshers at LeadPro Infotech in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, for those eager to learn, experiment, and grow. At LeadPro Infotech, we invite aspiring designers to explore how digital products are planned and designed. This opportunity is for beginners who want to understand the design process and build practical skills.

As a fresher, your responsibilities may include creating screen layouts, preparing wireframes, developing prototypes, choosing colours and fonts, and improving website or app designs. You may also work with developers and other team members to turn design ideas into working digital experiences. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know anything. What matters is your curiosity, willingness to practise, and interest in making technology easier for people to use.

Who Can Apply? Check Your Eligibility

We welcome enthusiastic candidates who are ready to take their first steps into UI/UX design.
• Education: Any degree or diploma. Design or IT qualifications are preferred, but they are not compulsory.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Portfolio: Practice projects, college assignments, or personal designs are an advantage.
• Communication: You should be comfortable sharing ideas and discussing your work.
• Attitude: A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve is essential.
• Location: You must be able to work from our office in Ganapathy, Coimbatore.
Coming from commerce, arts, science, or another non-design background? Do not rule yourself out. With regular practice and the right guidance, you can build the skills needed to enter this field.

What Should You Know Before Applying?

You do not have to be an expert, but having a basic understanding of the following will help you get started:
• UI and UX fundamentals: Understand the difference between how a product looks and how it works for users.
• Design tools: Get familiar with Figma. Basic knowledge of Adobe XD or Canva can also be useful.
• Wireframing and prototyping: Learn how to sketch a screen layout and create a clickable model before development begins.
• Colour and typography: Explore how colours, font choices, spacing, and alignment affect readability.
• User research and empathy: Think about what users need, what confuses them, and how design can solve their problems.
• Teamwork and feedback: Be ready to explain your choices, listen to suggestions, and improve your designs.

Why Start Your Journey with Us?

Your first job should help you learn, not leave you guessing what to do next. At LeadPro Infotech, the opportunity is designed to help aspiring designers develop practical skills and understand how design work happens in a professional setting.
• Hands-on learning: Put design concepts into practice instead of learning only from videos.
• Real project exposure: Understand how websites and applications are designed around user needs.
• Mentorship: Learn from experienced team members and receive guidance as you improve.
• Career growth: Build your portfolio, strengthen your design skills, and prepare for greater responsibilities.
• Friendly teamwork: Share ideas, ask questions, and learn through collaboration.
You do not need to have your entire career figured out at 22. You just need a good place to begin and the motivation to keep learning.
